Our policy does not include refunds, nor returns. We only offer exchanges in exceptional cases.

Exceptions

Exchanges (if applicable)

We offer product exchange if you receive an incorrect item. Prior to any action, we must examine the incorrect item through sharing some images showing the items you received and the incorrect item, and to complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be kept in its initial packaging. Any incorrect item must be declared no more than 3 days after delivery. 
If all conditions are met, your item can be exchanged and you will receive a replacement with the item you initially purchased once we receive the incorrect item. You are required to send back the incorrect item to complete the exchange.
